This glass cutting line is applied to the further processing of toughened glass, insulating glass building glass, furniture glass and special glass etc. Especially for the batch cutting of thick glass 2-25mm. We supply customized glass cutting process line with efficiency and high production throughout the process to finish glass inputting,cutting,and breaking. The set of equipment is easy,flexible, and steady to operate, dramatically reducing the intensity of labor and improves work efficiency.

This semi automatic glass cutting line is included with three equipments: Glass sheet inputting table, Daul-bridge precision cutting table, pneumatically glass breaking table.

Operating instrucions: put the glass on the inputting table. Press the air bearing key and push the glass onto the semiautomatic cutting table. Press the starter on the controlling panel the gear-drive equipment will automatically cut the glass. Press the air blowing button after cutting and push the glass to the break table through wheels in order to split the glass( the cylinder mandrift can also split the glass)
